Zachary Voice, 35, of Peoria, passed away on Monday, November 17, 2025 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, November 23, 2025 at the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa. Visitation will be from 12 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Oakwood Memorial Park in Ottawa with full military honors to be accorded at a later date.
Zachary was born on August 7, 1990 at the Glen Oaks Medical Center in Glendale Heights, to John and Laura (Nasvytis) Voice. He was a graduate of West Aurora High School. Zachary served in the Marines in Afghanistan from 2009 to 2015 and was a two-time combat Veteran, deployed first with CLR2, CLR27 Supply Division and then 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing at Camp Leatherneck.
He is survived by his fiancée Anna Powers, of Peoria; his daughter, Arya Voice, of Peoria; stepdaughter Lyla Ford; uncles, Robert and David (Lisa) Voice, Bob Hauge, his Godfather and Joe and Jonas Nasvytis; his two brothers, Matt and Dylan Voice; stepmother Sonya Voice; step-brother Aidan Gonzalez; and cousins Samantha (Voice) Walker, Nicole (Voice) Guinn, Andrew Voice, Alex Voice, Heather (Voice) Traeger, Robert Hauge, Jr., and Allyssa Hauge.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Laura Voice; and his grandfather, Harold Voice.
