The Seneca High School parapet wall that’s been leaking on and off since 2012 will be repaired this summer. Supt. Jim Carlson says it only leaks sometimes. It depends on how hard the rain’s coming down and which way the wind blows. After many studies of just what’s going on, the high school district is ready to repair it for about $218,000.
