Two Ottawa people arrested in August pleaded guilty Thursday to dealing methamphetamine. Thirty-two year old Elizabeth N. Rodriguez and 28-year old Enrique Vidal Santana-Diaz lived in a home in the 1500 block of Kansas in Ottawa. Police working with the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team reported finding 250 grams of meth in the home. Rodriguez and Santana-Diaz must pay about $5,000 in fines and court costs. And they’re starting four years on probation.
