Newly elected Ottawa High School Board member Larry Bartman says he knows the other board members and thinks well of them.
He took the oath of office last night along with reelected members Don Harris, Karen Fisher, and George Shanley.
The board selected Harris to be its president for a third two-year term.
Gene Duffy got a plaque for his two terms on the board. He did not run for reelection.
Most school board meetings will still be on the third Monday of the month, but they’ll start at a new time–6pm instead of 6:30pm.
