Brendan Donahue is the new Ottawa Elementary School Board president. He’s most recently been the vice president in his three years on the board.
Steve Omolecki is the vice president now and Mary Ann Stefanelli is the board secretary. There are two open spots on the school board after Kerry Bryson and Ron Henson left the board. The board is taking applications to fill those spots until this Friday and then will go over them in about two weeks.
Correction: An earlier version of this story said Brendan Donahue had been on the Ottawa Elementary Board for 20 years. That is the amount of time he’s been on the Ottawa Police Department.
