A Machesney Park man faces several traffic charges after his pickup truck crashed west of Ottawa Friday morning. LaSalle County deputies arrested 38-year old Brad M. Johnson. That was after an alleged chase from the area of Interstate 39 and U.S. 6 to the crash scene. Johnson is also accused of running away after the crash.
Deputies say it all started when they went to Aces and Eights Bar in Tonica on a report of a man with a gun. They got a description of the truck he left in and began looking for him on Interstate 39.
