Graveside services for Otis G. Ruff of Long Point who passed away January 25, 2021 will be held Sunday at 2:30 PM at the Long Point Cemetery with military honors conducted by members of the Long Point American Legion. The Winterrowd Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
