Numerous police agencies are looking for whoever killed some people in the Sheridan area last night. A police alert that went out before 1am warned of three gunshot victims in an incident along County Highway 3 northeast of Sheridan. The LaSalle County Sheriff’s Department is warning Sheridan residents to keep their homes locked up and don’t open doors to strangers. Report suspicious activity to 911. The department plans a news conference on it at 8am today.
