Two people in Streator report finding and confronting burglars in their homes early Friday morning. Police arrested 28-year old Kjersten Minkler of Streator in the 300 block of W. Sumner St. after one of the burglaries in the 400 block of W. Bluff. Police are looking into whether she was involved with an incident in the 100 block of W. bluff an hour earlier. Her bond has been set at $150,000.
