(Chicago, IL) — A developer is releasing renderings of what a possible new stadium for the White Sox would look like. Drawings from Related Midwest show a stadium with walls of windows on the 62-acre site called “The 78.” The plans also include a housing complex and a soccer stadium in and around the site of the current stadium Guaranteed Rate Field. The developer says the project will have an economic impact of four billion dollars a year.
