The following subjects have recently been issued a Notice to Appear in court by the LaSalle County State’s Attorney Office, after investigations conducted by Trident Agents.
Robert L. Sims, age 52, LaSalle County court case 2024CF16, and Renee M. Taylor, age 44, LaSalle County court case 2024CF17 both of 333 Lincoln St. Marseilles, IL. Sims is charged with three Counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Class 2 Felonies, Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Class 1 Felony, and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Class 1 Felony. Taylor is charged with three Counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Class 2 Felonies, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Class 1 Felony.
Sims and Taylor are alleged to have delivered cocaine to Trident Agents on several occasions. Additionally, Sims and Taylor were stopped in a vehicle where Agents located approximately 14 grams of cocaine.
Rebecca Foster, age 40, of 839 Commercial St. Marseilles, IL LaSalle County Court Case 2024CF19. Foster is charged with Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance a Class 2 Felony. Foster is alleged to have delivered cocaine to Trident Agents.
Katie E Fought, age 46, of 1613 Chestnut St. Ottawa, IL, LaSalle County Case 2024CF18. Fought is charged with Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance a Class 2 Felony. Fought is alleged to have delivered cocaine to Trident Agents.
