The number of coronavirus recoveries is greater than the number of new cases in LaSalle County for the second day in a row. The county’s health department reported Wednesday 101 new cases and 243 recoveries. That makes 6,379 cases so far with 4,027 recoveries for 2,352 active and probable cases. But two more people died of the virus. The men in their 80s brought the fatal case count up to 140.
