he Ottawa Sunrise Rotary club will send its toy float to Washington Square this year. Since there isn’t a Festival of Lights parade, it’ll be there for a toy and book dropoff. People can make their donations from ten to two Saturday on the Jackson St. side of Washington Square. The items should be unwrapped.
