The festive spirit will come alive as the Ottawa High School Music Department gears up to enchant audiences with a holiday concert scheduled for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 12. The venue for this musical celebration is the high school’s auditorium, located at 211 E. Main St.
Embracing the community’s joy, the concert is open to the public, providing an opportunity for everyone to immerse themselves in the enchanting melodies and harmonies. Attendees can look forward to a diverse lineup featuring performances by the OTHS Beginning Band, Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble, Concert Choir, Treble Choir, Overboard, and Crimson Choir. The highlight of the evening will be a captivating rendition of George Frideric Handel’s timeless masterpiece, “Hallelujah,” skillfully presented by all combined choirs and accompanied by the Symphonic Band. The concert promises an evening of musical brilliance and festive cheer for all who attend.
