New coronavirus cases in LaSalle County Friday numbered 238. The county’s health department says there are 1,978 active cases. Four more deaths were reported for 93 in all. The latest to die of it are three men and a woman, all in their 80s or 90s. The county remains at orange warning level because of high infection rates and increasing numbers of emergency room visits.
