Up to seven vehicles, including four ambulances and the OSF Care-A-Van, can fit inside the new OSF Transportation Center in Streator. The new 6,600 square foot building is next to the OSF Center for Health where the medical office building used to be. The former St. Mary’s medical office building was torn down over the summer. Storing ambulances and other vehicles indoors provides a climate controlled environment that keeps medications in their appropriate temperature ranges. OSF held a blessing for the new building Friday.
