The LaSalle County Health Department says two more people have died of COVID-19. A man in his 80s and a man in his 90s succumbed, according to the daily report given Thursday. That makes 89 deaths attributed to the virus. The county has 1,801 active and probable cases as of Thursday. With the surge of cases and recoveries yet to keep up, the percentage of people who’ve recovered so far has dropped to 56%.
