Ogle County may have results to report in the Illinois House 90th District race tomorrow. The county clerk there says a programming error kept the ballot counting machines from reading the marked ovals properly in the race between Tom Demmer and Seth Wiggins. That was the only race affected and no results were reported from it.
A public test will be done on the reprogrammed machine this afternoon. Then the real count of 90th District ballots will be done tomorrow morning. As of last week, the incumbent Republican Demmer led the Democratic challenger Wiggins with about 62% of the votes from the three counties that did count them.
