22-year-old Angela Hernandez of La Salle was charged by Peru police with DUI at about 3:30 am Thursday. She was stopped for improper lane usage and after an investigation, it was determined she was also allegedly transporting open alcohol and driving uninsured. She was taken to La Salle County Jail.
49-year-old Tracy Larios of Ottawa was charged by Peru police with retail theft last Friday about 5:30pm. She was released with a notice to appear in La Salle County Court December 12th. The theft allegedly occurred at the Walmart in Peru.
