The coronavirus has claimed the life of a woman in her 80s from LaSalle County. The LaSalle County Health Department reports she’s the 61st fatal case from the county. As of Wednesday, the county has had 2,238 cases so far with 73% of them having recovered. That leaves 599 active cases. The percentage of total cases that have been fatal is 2.7%.
