Ottawa High School Supt. Mike Cushing says the teachers want students back in class. But he told the school board Monday night, it’s not a good idea right now with the COVID-19 situation.
Cushing says three nights in a row last week, OHS dealt with COVID-19 cases. That’s one reason the school is still on remote learning until November 6 at the earliest. Just 75 students, who have special needs, are going to OHS in person.
