The November YANA! (you are not alone) meeting will feature Li Arellano (candidate for the 37th State Senate), John Costello (candidate for 3rd District Appellate Court Judge), and Hal Ament (Northville Township Assessor) on Tuesday, November 21 at 6 PM at Jamie’s Outpost at 602 Clark St., Utica, IL.
Topics to be discussed are the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the Open Meetings Act (OMA), and property tax calculations.
Candidate petition circulation season is underway. If you are a candidate in or around La Salle County, feel free to bring your petitions to circulate at the meeting.
As always, we will have a 50/50 raffle, talk about current events, and enjoy cold drinks, delicious food, and friendship.
