On Tuesday, 42-year-old Clinton R Munson of Naplate was charged with possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, and obstructing a police officer. That all took place near Naplate in the 1600 block of Ottawa Avenue. Munson was given a notice to appear.
52-year-old Patrick J Phelan of Ottawa was arrested at his home on Nebraska Street for two La Salle County failure to appear warrants for driving with a revoked license. He was taken to La Salle County Jail on Tuesday.
