On Thursday, Forty-four-year-old Nicole Konopinski of Ottawa was charged with retail theft. Ottawa police say they caught up with Konopinski at her home on Joliet Street. She was given a notice to appear.
Thirty-one-year-old Marshawn Clark of Ottawa was arrested and charged with allegedly driving on a suspended license. Police stopped Clark in the 1200 block of Columbus Street on Thursday.
