A 23-year old Seneca man is charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault for allegedly sexually assaulting a 72-year old woman in her home. The LaSalle County Sheriff’s Deparment says that happened on July 25th.
The sheriff’s department says the alleged victim was sleeping when Kevin J. Paulsen broke into the woman’s home in Seneca. In the time since, a crime lab analyzed evidence. Paulsen was arrested Friday morning with bond set at $500,000 in a warrant.
