Telephones are working normally at the Ottawa police station again. They were out for about 20 minutes overnight. 911 calls weren’t affected, but anyone calling for non-emergency reasons was asked to call the sheriff’s department to relay the message or visit in person instead. The Ottawa Central Dispatch center also handles calls for Marseilles police.
