The Salvation Army will soon begin its biggest fundraiser of the year on November 11th at Handy Foods. Lieutenant Wayne Strayer says they are looking for people to volunteer.
You’ll ring the famous Salvation Army bell outside one of eight different businesses in Ottawa and Peru. You just need to want to make a difference and enjoy talking to people.
You can sign up online. Simply go to register to ring dot com, select volunteer, and enter your zip code.
There are applications for paid positions as well.
