If you live in Ottawa, you won’t have to go far to clean up in the kitchen. That’s because the Ottawa IVCC Center is offering certification classes in Food Service Sanitation on Tuesdays and Thursdays, between November 7th and 16th.
You can be a street-legal certified Food Service Sanitation Manager in time for Thanksgiving.
Students learn how to identify causes of food-borne illness and apply procedures for sanitizing an entire culinary facility in keeping with the latest best practices.
By the end of the course, you’ll take the Serv-Safe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam.
