Fifteen trails are open again for hiking at Starved Rock State Park. The Illinois Department of Natural Resources says eight still need cleanup and are closed. The park closed after the derecho of two weeks ago. There are still fallen branches and trees to remove at Matthiessen State Park, so it remains closed.
