Two Marseilles men arrested Wednesday are charged with dealing cocaine. Bond for 47-year old Eddie “Capone” Booker is $1 million. For 28-year old Dwane “Gucci” Thomas, it’s $500,000. Each is accused of dealing cocaine to Tri-Count Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team agents. Court records show the alleged offenses happened in January.
