The fourth arrest announced in a Peru special investigation into drug dealing is that of 25-year old Devonte L. Williams of Granville. Williams is charged with dealing cocaine. Police arrested him Wednesday night in a parking lot in the 1900 block of Water St. in Peru. His bond is set at $1 million in the warrant. Peru Police Chief Doug Bernabei began announcing arrests last Friday, saying his department’s Special Investigations Unit had been probing drug dealing in the area for a few months.
