Ottawa City Hall is preparing to reopen to the general public with some precautions still in place to minimize spreading the coronavirus. Mayor Dan Aussem says public works employees have made plastic shields to put at work stations.
People are advised to wear masks at City Hall. As of Friday, garage and yard sales will be allowed again. The Fox River splash pad will be open. Kids can play on playground equipment again, but Aussem is recommending parents take sanitary wipes and clean things first.
