Ottawa Democrat Lance Yednock says he’ll continue to look for ways to expand people’s access to health care. The Illinois House member says a recently passed bill, Senate Bill 1864, expands access to telehealth and mental health services. He says it’ll improve the Children’s Health Insurance Program. And it will tell state agencies to report to the General Assembly on things that help craft policy changes. Gov. Pritzker has not acted on the bill.
