Niles Industrial Coatings put in the low bid for some work at Washington Park in Ottawa. City Commissioner Marla Rodriguez says the 18-year old fountain needs work: concrete patching, painting, and electrical repairs.
The work will cost $43,760. It’s expected to start later this month.

The Lincoln-Douglas statues are normally surrounded by a pool of water with several fountain sprays coming out. But Ottawa City Commissioner Marla Rodriguez says the system needs repairs.
