LaSalle County has five new COVID-19 cases and two new recoveries. The health department says there have been 148 cases and 81 recoveries as of Friday. The cases include a woman in her thirties, a man in his thirties, a man in his forties, a woman in her fifties, and a man in his sixties. Illinois announced 1,622 new cases on Friday and 88 new deaths. The state is up to 117,455 cases and 5,270 deaths.
