The tentative 2024 Illinois Valley Community College budget is $39 million. The IVCC Board of Trustees approved placing it on file during last week’s meeting. The college says the budget represents a 4% increase in revenue over the 2023 budget because of federal funding. The college is expecting about $4.86 million in federal funds. The college is expecting about $38.6 million in expenditures which is less than last year’s budget. This year’s budget hearing is August 17th at 5:30pm at the next board meeting.
