Laura Walker is the new Director of Business Development for the Economic Development Corporation of North Central Illinois.
Walker has 14 years of strategic planning, focusing on project development and implementation in the municipal and non-profit sectors.
With the EDC-NCI, she will work to attract new companies and capital investments to the North Central Illinois region.
According to EDC-NCI Executive Director Gina Czubachowski, “Laura has an extensive economic development background throughout the U.S., and she will add a new perspective as a new resident to the area.”
