LaSalle County Prosecutors say a Marseilles man was caught with child pornography on his cell phone. LaSalle County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 19-year old Nicholas Rutherford at his home on Illinois St. Thursday. Assistant State’s Attorney Greg Sticka says sheriff’s allegedly found images and a video involving two underage girls that Rutherford allegedly had contact with. He’s facing up to 17 years in prison. Judge Cynthia Raccuglia set his bond at $50,000 Thursday. He’ll be back in court on August 3rd.
