It’s been a year since the passing of WCMY mid-morning radio host Maggie Frost. She died after a three month battle with cancer.
Frost worked for WCMY starting in 2016 in the afternoons before she moved to mid-mornings. She was an actor in the local community theater scene and was fond of talking about her five cats and their antics.
This morning, WCMY host Jay LeSeure and those who knew Maggie will remember during an on-air special called Mugs for Mags. It’s a time for people to enjoy a glass of root beer, which was one of Maggie’s last requests before she died.
