Parking rules will be enforced again in Ottawa starting Wednesday. Some businesses are allowed to reopen with curbside service. Police Chief Brent Roalson says it’s important to make sure there’s parking for everyone. So the parking time limits and other rules will be enforced again. Businesses that are reopening for curbside service need to work with City Hall before declaring any public parking spots for their customers only.
