LaSalle County has no new COVID-19 cases to report. The confirmed case count on Wednesday remains at 50. Illinois announced an additional 2,253 new cases on Wednesday and 92 deaths. The state has a total of 50,355 cases and 2,215 deaths.
Health officials says even if the confirmed case count in the area is low people should still assume they have been exposed to virus and follow recommended precautions.
