Some former St. Margaret’s Health Peru physicians* are suing their former employer. LaSalle County court record show that a group called Peru Emergency Physicians has filed a lawsuit against St. Margaret’s Health Peru. No dates have been set. Judge Jason Helland will oversee the case. Peru Emergency Physicians claim that they haven’t been paid back around $676,000. The group is out of Traverse City, MI. The lawyers that filed the lawsuit are out of St. Louis, MO.
