Heritage Harbor is hosting an open house for their new living community Harbor Village. Three new home models for the community will be unveiled at the event on Saturday, June 24. The open house will last from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. at 1930 N. 2753rd Rd in Ottawa.
The Harbor Village community is “geared toward the active adult that might be looking for that low maintenance easy living in a resort setting,” according to VP of Sales & Marketing at Heritage Harbor Tammy Barry.
Barry also says that custom homes and three other models than the ones shown at the open house will be available at Harbor Village.
The open house event will feature tours of the new homes, opportunities to speak to real estate professionals, a raffle for a two-night stay at Heritage Harbor and WGN radio host John Williams guest bartending at The Sand Bar from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m.
