Demonstration against shutdowns called for in closed Ottawa park

A protest is planned at Allen Park in Ottawa at noon today. The park is closed, but the protesters are planning for the event to be there to rally against closures like that and the state’s economy being shut down. One person spread the message on Facebook over the weekend, calling for people to cause traffic tie-ups on Veterans Memorial Bridge. He later claimed that was just to get attention.
