Carus is hosting its annual Summer Science Camp this year for students entering the sixth grade.
Students can expect to participate in various STEM lessons, experiments, local field trips, and outdoor activities, according to Camp Director Dan Fitzpatrick.
Fitzpatrick has led this camp for the last six years and enjoys watching students’ knowledge grow during the summer camp.
The camp is entirely free and will be held at St. Bede Academy from 9 a.m. until noon every day from July 17 through July 21. There are only 30 spots available, and registration is already underway.
