Jerry Lee Goode, 73, of Marseilles, passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family. Services will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa.
Jerry was born on October 9, 1949 in Ottawa to Kelly and Judith (Thomas) Goode. He worked as a barber and owned and operated a real estate company for 49 years. Jerry married Debra Kiger on May 19, 1980 in Las Vegas, NV. He loved golfing, renovating houses, fishing, and watching his grandchildren. Jerry spent his life providing service to his local community, and had an impact on many lives. He was greatly loved and appreciated by his friends, family, and community.
He is survived by his two children, Kelly (Heather) Goode, of Marseilles, Wendy (Jon) Fox, of Ottawa; four grandchildren, Andrew and Austin Goode, Knox and Beau Fox.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kelly and Judith; his wife, Debra Goode; and a brother, Gary Goode.
