A semi-driver was flown to St. Francis Hospital in Peoria after a roll-over semi accident north of Utica Monday morning. Utica Fire Chief Ben Brown says the driver swerved to avoid hitting something south of 33rd Rd. The driver was trapped in the truck for some time but his injuries were non-life threatening. Brown says part of E. 8th Rd north of 3150th Rd was closed for about two hours.
