The Illinois Valley Community College Board of Trustees is holding an organizational meeting. The board is meeting to name officers, talk about the results of the April 4th election, and honoring outgoing board Trustee Bill Hunt. He was appointed to the board in 2021 to fill a two year vacancy. The board will name its chair, vice chair, and secretary and later appoint the attorney, treasurer, and secretary to the board. The meeting will be Tuesday next week in boardroom 307 on the Oglesby campus.
