Rutland St. in Marseilles reopened after semi tip over Friday morning

No one was hurt after a semi-truck carrying liquid fertilizer tipped over on Rutland St. in Marseilles Friday morning. Police Chief Brian Faber says the semi was traveling north on Rutland St. before it tipped at the Fillebrowne St and Rutland St. split. The semi’s trailer wasn’t full. Rutland St. was closed for about two hours so the semi could be taken away.
