Naplate’s police department is asking for help identifying two people involved in some kind of incident in the 2100 block of Libby St. early Monday morning. A video shows two people wearing hoodies getting into a white or light colored pickup truck. One of the people is wearing pants with fashionable large holes or big bleached spots on the front. The message from Police Chief Joel Smith doesn’t say what kind of incident they were involved in.
